BOOK LOAN INFORMATION SHEET

he mail-order Lending Library is designed as a service to AGS members who may be unable to obtain basic reference books by any other means.

Our form is in Adobe Acrobat format- you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print this form. Acrobat Reader may be downloaded free from Adobe Online here.

Members may borrow ONE or TWO titles at a time.
Books must be returned TWO WEEKS from the date you receive them.
Please make a special effort to return books in good condition and ON TIME so that the limited resources can be shared by as many members as possible.
Borrowers are responsible for postage. (See page #2 of form).
A $2.00 processing fee is required to help cover the cost of book mailers, special labels, follow up correspondence, repairing/replacement expenses, and additional titles, as we can afford them.
New books will be listed in the AGS Quarterly as they become available.
These books are supplied with the understanding that they are for personal use only. Liability for copyright infringement or reproduction is assumed by the person in whose name the order is placed.
